ABOUT OUR LAW OFFICE
Our law office was established in 1982 by Hasan Bıyıklı, attorney at law, LL.M, PhD; Prof. Dr. Güven Vural, attorney at law and Şahin Mengü, attorney at law. After a short time, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs Prof. Dr. Gündüz Ökçün participated to our law office and had been continued working with us until his death (1986). In 1988, Prof. Dr. Güven Vural had to leave the Office due to his appointment as legal advisor to Eximbank. In the same year, Mutluhan Karagözoğlu, attorney at law, in 1995 Şükrü Evrim İnal attorney at law, in 1997 Ahmet Çörtoğlu, attorney at law participated to our works.
We are continuing our activities in a wide field of law due to the participation of attorneys, Feyza Yüksel, Alper Öktem, Seçil Özdikmenli, Handan Coşgun, Doğa Kavak and Mirat İlsu Çatak to our works between 1998 and 2007.
As from the year 2004, Dicle Evren, attorney at law, member of The Bar of Istanbul, has commenced as our prolonged consultant to give support to our office works, for the purpose of replying the needs of our clients whom we support legally in a more rapid and active way.
In our law office beside eleven attorneys and consultant lawyer (Istanbul), at least six apprentice lawyers- changeable as to the period of time- and totally 10 support staff have been already working.

As constituting our cadre, we have tried to give importance especially to the developing fields of law (law of competition, law of capital market, law of intellectual and industrial property, corporate law, new types of contract- franchising, leasing, information technology, etc.), beside the classical fields indicated in Basic Practice and Specialization Fields.
Moreover, regular activities about the education in profession concerned with the amendments of statutes in respect to the efforts of complying with the Legislation of European Union are conducted inside our office and also, if it is required, our lawyers participate actively to the studies of education in profession outside the office.
Our web page has been designed according to the ban of advertisement in the article 55 of the Turkish Attorneys Code and the rules of the profession determined by the Union of Turkish Bars Association in accordance to the mentioned Code.
